My Name is Liz Stimson, and I have been working as an ASA swimming teacher in Chelmsford since 2004. I have worked for private swim schools and health clubs teaching Baby swimming, toddler swimming, and adult lessons in the Chelmsford area.

I was introduced to Birthlight a registered charity who help promote well being from preconception throughout birth and toddlerhood. I qualified in Baby and Toddler swimming and baby massage through Birthlight in 2009.

This year I established Baby Nurture to provide Baby Massage classes in Chelmsford town centre. Sessions are held at The Hummingbird Pilates and Holistic centre, and a local swim school concentrating on Baby swimming and Toddler swimming classes in Chelmsford, Essex.
